The Serenity Massage is a relaxation or Swedish technique, using long effleurage strokes and lighter pressure, in order to increase circulation and energize the body. The focus is on relieving stress and tension within the superficial, surface, muscle layers. This is great for those seeking total relaxation or to combat feelings of overwhelm. add-ons included upon request: aromatherapy, stretching, singing bowl.
